DescriptionOur HR Global Operations team supports all HR administrative processes for NI (now part of Emerson) employees globally including but not limited to payroll and benefits administration onboarding and offboarding internal data changes talent acquisition and talent growth support etc. Our team members mainly interact with employees and managers collaborate with business partners as well as partnering with other functional groups within the organization in executing various HR operational activities.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will be:
- Serve as the first point of contact towards employees and managers in case of any general HR queries or requests.
- Administration of employees life-cycle changes (eg: onboarding termination data management in all systems prepare and file relevant documentations communication with stakeholders etc.).
- Assist with benefits administration time and attendance and leave management
- Support payroll processing.
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
- Support on employment verifications and all kinds of employment letter (eg: employment certificate visa letter employment reference letter etc).
- Creating various employment/employee data reports.
- Liaising with other functional teams (eg: payroll finance legal HR/TA business partners etc.) as and when necessary to solve different employee cases.
- Participation in continuous improvement projects to improvise existing HR processes.
Who You Are: You readily action new challenges without unnecessary planning. You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one small and large groups or among diverse styles and position levels.
For This Role You Will Need:
- At least a Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Full professional proficiency in English any additional European language skill is preferred but not required
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Quick learner proactive and high attention to details.
- Good time-management and organization skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under high pressure.
- Team player but also able to work independently.
- Growth mindset openness to learn new things and continuously seek for improvements.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Prior work experience in HR is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in ticketing systems is an added advantage.
