We are currently looking for a Fixed Operation Manager to join our Aftersales Team. The Fixed Operations Manager serves as business partner leading Dealers to uphold the highest quality and ethical standards focus on his/her commercial profile.

The Fixed Operations Manager is responsible for leading Aftersales functions across service parts and body shop departments. This executive ensures operational efficiency profitability and customer satisfaction while safeguarding the companys reputation.

A Typical Day at Nissan:

  • Closely work and support Dealers in achieving their retail parts & service sales objectives.

  • Analyze Dealer parts and service operations identify areas in need of improvement make recommendations and coordinate implementation of specific action plans including benchmark analysis and best practices.

  • Closely work and support Dealers in achieving their customer satisfaction objectives.

  • Take the necessary actions to ensure Dealers deliver a quality experience to customers and support customer satisfaction initiatives and programs.

  • Liaises between Nissan and dealerships.

  • Answers dealer inquiries on related issues; consults with dealership staff on related issues; provides Nissan perspective; negotiates on business related issues as required.

  • Manage pricing analysis to deliver pricing recommendations and analyses.

Professional Profile We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive Commercial Sales B2B / B2C experience and Marketing.

  • Computer Skills: Office/ Excel (advanced level) / Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or data analysis.

  • Language: Upper Intermediate Level of English.

Travel Availability

  • Must be willing to travel extensively with a minimum of 80% of the time dedicated to dealer visits / A valid drivers license is required (experience driving long distances).

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in after sales automotive industry.

  • Familiarity with commercial KPIs financial statement analysis and the development of business commercial plans.
