Job Summary
Introduction
Minimum 2 years experience in a Product Specialist / Technical Trainer / AV or IT support role
Strong technical understanding of Interactive Flat Panels digital signage and related software
Confident in delivering training & demos to customers and internal teams
Proficiency in MS 365 Google workspace conferencing paltforms and basic networking fundamentals
Ability to produce high quality training centent and demos independently
Ability to conduct systematic audits manage POC devices and follow structured workflows
Ability to resolve tickets and log support accurately
Matric NQF 5 / 6 tertiary qualification in ITAV Education Technology Multimedia or similar
Own reliabletransport essential
