About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Tyler TX as a Residential Service Plumber! This exciting opportunity allows you to showcase your plumbing skills while providing exceptional service to our valued customers in Northeast TX.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks clogs and water heater issues.
Install and replace plumbing fixtures including sinks toilets and faucets.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients about plumbing issues and solutions.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Adhere to safety protocols and local plumbing codes.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in plumbing technology.

Requirements:

Valid plumbing license or certification in Texas.
Minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing experience.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with plumbing tools and equipment.
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
