They are now seeking anPlumbing Manager to lead operations develop teams and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities

Support and drive sales team performance through KPIs coaching and accountability

Oversee labor and material costs to meet Gross Margin targets

Ensure high customer satisfaction metrics

Conduct team huddles and safety trainings

Develop and implement a structured coaching and training program

Set individual goals and KPIs for field staff

Build strong team relationships and career growth pathways

Train team members on generating referrals and repeat business

Promote and uphold company culture and core values
Qualifications
-
3 years of residential plumbing experience
-
3 years of management experience
-
Experience managing teams of 15 employees
-
Strong leadership communication and customer service skills

Commitment to integrity-based educational selling

Collaborative team-oriented mindset
