Job Title: Purchase Executive
Location: Mahape MIDC Navi Mumbai
Salary:
Experience: 13 years
Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with vendors for quotations negotiations and finalisation of orders.
Prepare and process purchase orders as per production requirements.
Maintain purchase records invoices and vendor documentation.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply issues.
Coordinate with store quality and accounts departments for smooth operations.
Identify and evaluate new vendors based on quality and cost.
Assist in inventory control and maintain minimum stock levels.
Track market trends and prepare MIS reports.
Support CAPEX and project procurement activities.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Basic understanding of fire extinguisher components/specifications.
Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office (Excel Word).
Understanding of logistics and import/export procedures.
Strong time management and documentation skills.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Reporting To: HOD & Plant Head
Required Skills:
Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management. Good negotiation and communication skills. Basic understanding of fire extinguisher components/specifications. Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office (Excel Word). Understanding of logistics and import/export procedures. Strong time management and documentation skills.
