Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Marketing Executive to generate new business opportunities for Facility Management Apartment Management Commercial Property Maintenance and Exclusive Leasing Services. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new apartment associations villa communities and commercial property clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach apartment associations RWAs villa communities and commercial property owners
Generate leads for facility management and property management contracts.
Pitch company services including housekeeping security maintenance and leasing management
Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations
Follow up on proposals and close contracts
Maintain strong relationships with property owners and association members
Conduct field visits and market research
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Maintain sales reports and update CRM
Requirements
Required Skills:
Experience in Real Estate / Facility Management / B2B Sales preferred
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Field sales experience
Ability to generate and convert leads
Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Experience Required:
26 years in Real Estate Sales / Facility Sales / B2B Marketing

Required Qualifications Bachelors in Business Real Estate or Marketing; 3-5 years in plotted sales or land development preferably in Karnataka. Essential Skills Expertise in on-site sales techniques plot visualization tools and digital marketing for plot promotions. Strong negotiation relationship-building and analytical skills for competitive plotted markets. Proficiency in MS Excel for sales reports and local language communication. Language English and Kannada is a must
