Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat or in person
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products services and company policies
  • Process orders returns exchanges and refunds
  • Maintain customer records and update account information
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Meet performance targets for response time resolution rate and customer satisfaction


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office CRM systems data entry)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively


Remuneration: NGN 150000
