Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat or in person
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products services and company policies
- Process orders returns exchanges and refunds
- Maintain customer records and update account information
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Meet performance targets for response time resolution rate and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office CRM systems data entry)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
