- Handle customer inquiries complaints and service requests via phone email zoho or WhatsApp
- Provide accurate information about products services policies and procedures
- Meet service-level targets (response time resolution time customer satisfaction scores)
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Collection of outstanding receivables from clients
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and Basic reports on Zoho CRM Sheet and PowerPoint
- Coordinate with internal teams (Project Legal Finance Sales cCoporatecomms. etc.)
- Welcome visitors residents and clients in a professional courteous and friendly manner
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming environment
- Register visitors hampers gift boxes and manage access control procedures
- Requesting and Offering refreshments to Guests
- Handle basic administrative tasks (filing documentation correspondence)
