Are you a true team leader who thrives in a dynamic and sometimes hectic environment Can you bring structure where things are busy and challenging without losing the human touch For a new fashion customer we are looking for a Team Leader Customer Service who stands strong and gains energy from leading a team in motion.

You get it done

You are responsible for collecting and analysing reports setting and monitoring KPIs discussing progress with the customer and distributing daily tasks within your team. You lead operational meetings with the customer about daily activities and implement improvements within the team. This dynamic role requires flexibility and the ability to handle unexpected situations: you are on it.

  • How you do this With your knowledge of operational and logistical processes you ensure that accurate data is available. You set KPIs improve workflows and make sure your team performs at its best. You achieve this by distributing tasks coaching and guiding your team members and leading work discussions;
  • conducting weekly and monthly meetings with the customer where you monitor and present processes;
  • Closely monitor reports and escalations ensuring quick and efficient resolution.
  • contributing to building a cohesive team and to improving and drafting work instructions to boost efficiency.

You bring

  • experience as a leader with experience in a customer service-related role being an advantage;
  • your enthusiasm and passion are contagious! Your colleagues will feel energized to get to work;
  • excellent command of the English language;
  • Knowledge of and affinity with warehouse and logistics processes in 3PL environments.
