Do you enjoy working with international B2B customers where speed service and oversight are essential As a senior customer service specialist at DSV Road you work with major electronics customers for whom transport is always a priority. You are the one who keeps the overview and ensures everything runs smoothly.

Maintaining operational customer relationships and supporting contract management for our electronics customers: youre on it.
How do you do this In this role you are the first point of contact for several large B2B customers within the electronics sector. For these customers almost everything is urgent. That is why you continuously monitor transport flows keep a close eye on customer agreements and act where needed. When dealing with customers you sometimes work down to the smallest details to ensure everything is correct. Within DSV you are trusted and given the freedom to work independently.
Together with colleagues from planning operations and contract management you ensure that our customers can rely on fast and reliable service. You achieve this by:
