About the Role
Were looking for a proactive General Assistant (GA) to join our European Passenger Car Aftersales Service Center a key hub supporting our aftersales operations across Europe. Youll provide comprehensive administrative coordination and support services to the team working in a dynamic multicultural environment with opportunities to collaborate across technical parts training and commercial teams.
What Youll Do
Manage daily office operations for two Dutch offices (Hoofddorp & Schiedam) including supplies asset management and vendor coordination.
Coordinate travel arrangements for the Aftersales Director and team ensuring compliance and smooth execution.
Support cross-departmental projects field visit planning and internal communication.
Organize employee onboarding team events and support expatriate settling-in needs.
Assist with recruitment logistics document management and external visitor reception.
Qualification and requirements:
Bachelors degree or above with 12 years of administrative/coordination experience (automotive or multinational background a plus).
Fluent in English and Chinese; Dutch is highly preferred (additional languages are a bonus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel PowerPoint Teams) and strong organizational/time-management skills.
Proactive detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
Strong communication skills and a service-minded approach with strict confidentiality.
