Job Summary
| Responsibilities: Deputise for the SO1 and SO2 Ops Coord as required to provide full time Ops conjunction with the PSAO keep up to date with Op Procedures Mobilisation Procedures Theatre Entry Standards and the Trg provided by MTMC iot facilitate mobilisation of Task Teams. Coordination and provision of admin support to Team Leaders as required to mount tasks. Act as the point of contact and liaison between JIACC JCU (R) Def Dig PJHQTeam Leads and Clients for all aspects of Ops and Taskings. Tracking of task reports between Task Leads SO1/2 Ops and with the Def Digital ISS STRAPSO iot coordinate and arrange STRAP clearances for LIAG conjunction with the Trg WO forward forecasting of each years Tech JOD & TLT Trg be able to be flexible robust pervious experience with Reserves essential. Must be able to use MODNET Microsoft Office Outlook Dii(S) BAMS STREAM CHURCHILL applications. |
