IT Delivery Director

The important parts:

• Pay:$95$135 per hour Super Duration:6-month contract (potential for extension)
• Hours:MondayFriday rotating roster between 8:00am6:00pm 40 hrs per week

What you will be required to do:

This role provides executive leadership across Sydney Metros digital and IT delivery portfolio driving successful execution of complex transformation initiatives while ensuring strong governance stakeholder alignment and measurable business outcomes.

• Lead delivery of large-scale digital and IT programs across construction operations and enterprise systems
• Provide hands-on leadership and act as escalation point for delivery risks and issues
• Establish governance financial oversight and executive reporting frameworks
• Align technology initiatives with business priorities and operational needs
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and uplift delivery capability
• Manage vendors and key stakeholder relationships to ensure successful outcomes

To be successful in the role you will:

• Extensive experience delivering complex large-scale IT and digital transformation programs within enterprise or highly regulated environments
• Proven leadership of multi-stream delivery portfolios covering program management business analysis change management and agile practices
• Strong capability in governance financial oversight risk management and executive-level reporting
• Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders multidisciplinary teams and third-party vendors to achieve delivery outcomes
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience with strong understanding of enterprise IT delivery and organisational change
