The role

The purpose of this role is to assist with the delivery and customer liaison of a planned retrofit works programmes working with customers on a daily basis to ensure communication is maintained at all time and accommodating customers individual needs.

You will needexperience of working within the social housing sector dealing with both clients & tenants. Experience of working on Retrofit housing projects & knowledge of PAS 203.

The right fit

  • Ability to manage monitor and review performance standards to meet targets.
  • Possessing effective communication skills together with influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Competent ICT skills including Microsoft Office SharePoint
  • Effective Organisation skills
  • Full UK driving license.
