Print Production Associate (Level 2)
Shift: 7:30 AM 3:30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Print Production Associate (Level 2) to support administrative and production activities within a multi-customer print and mail environment.
This role combines customer service data entry billing support and quality control responsibilities to ensure accurate and high-quality job completion. The successful candidate will work closely with the site team to maintain operational efficiency and deliver excellent service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Administrative Support
Maintain accurate records of submitted and completed customer jobs
Process customer billing using internal systems
Perform data entry for job requisitions
Provide professional and responsive customer interaction
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Quality Assurance & Production Support
Conduct quality checks on completed print jobs
Identify and report production inconsistencies or quality issues
Enter job requisitions into Canada Post ESOM software
Perform hand insertion for oversized mail
Operate scanning equipment and related software
Assist with additional production or administrative duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience delivering services in a client-facing environment
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Technical Skills & Assets
Experience with the following is considered an asset:
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word)
Canada Post ESOM Software
Scanning equipment and related software
PC applications within a networked environment
Core Competencies
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to detect production inconsistencies and quality issues
Basic math skills (multiplication division percentages)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
