The Opportunity

In this pivotal role you will be the trusted business and financial adviser to the MARP Director driving performance enhancing capability and ensuring our operations run with precision transparency and purpose. Managing a $23M budget and leading a high-performing team youll oversee the business systems administrative functions and financial frameworks that keep MARP at the forefront of excellence.

Your leadership will cultivate collaboration accountability and service excellence empowering your team and the wider platform to achieve exceptional outcomes.
What Youll Lead
- Strategic business and financial initiatives that shape MARPs direction and performance
- Complex operational administrative and financial functions across the platform
- Budgeting forecasting reporting and performance monitoring with strong oversight
- Continuous process improvement quality control and service optimisation
- High-impact projects policies and compliance processes that support organisational success
- Strong internal and external partnerships including contract negotiation and management

- Extensive management experience and qualifications in business or financial operations
- A proven ability to lead teams that deliver meticulous high-quality work and exceptional customer service
- Superior analytical conceptual planning and communication skills
- Expertise in strategic financial management systems improvement and operational oversight
