As we continue to grow we are seeking an inspiring and driven Case Management Team Leader to guide our team of dedicated Case Managers and strengthen the impact of our services.

About the Role

This is more than a leadership role its an opportunity to shape practice mentor professionals and ensure outstanding outcomes for clients.

As a Case Management Team Leader you will:

  • Lead supervise and support a team of Case Managers to deliver exceptional client-centred services

  • Provide guidance on complex cases risk management and crisis response

  • Ensure compliance with funding regulatory and organisational standards

  • Monitor performance manage caseload distribution and drive continuous improvement

  • Facilitate reflective practice case reviews and team development sessions

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance service outcomes

  • Contribute to strategic planning and service innovation

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining quality fostering professional growth and ensuring every client receives consistent ethical and high-standard support.

What Were Looking For

We are seeking a confident and compassionate leader who combines operational strength with a genuine passion for helping others.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Social Work Human Services Psychology or a related field is highly regarded

  • Demonstrated experience in case management or community services is a plus

  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience

  • Strong knowledge of person-centred trauma-informed and strengths-based practice

  • Excellent communication organisational and decision-making skills

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Exceptional time management and organisation
