Service Stream is undertaking a major enterprise wide ERP Modernisation Program (Project Apollo) implementing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud across Finance Supply Chain and Service Management. As an SAP Supply & Service Management Analyst you will play a critical role in supporting both the successful delivery of this program and the transition into long term BAU operations.
You will work closely with supply chain service operations procurement IT data and integration teams to embed scalable SAP capabilities that support national service and supply operations.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract role based out of our Collins Street office supporting hybrid working arrangements.
About the role
Analyse and document end to end supply service and warehouse processes ensuring alignment to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud standard capabilities.
Shape and broker integrated solutions across subcontracting service procurement warehousing and service fulfilment in collaboration with key business and technical stakeholders.
Support the mapping of commercial contracts and subcontractor agreements into SAP including service contracts outline agreements pricing conditions and SLAs.
Determine warehouse management design and configuration (plants storage locations stock types replenishment strategies) to support efficient supply and service delivery.
Collaborate with solution and integration architects to design and validate integrations between SAP and external systems (field mobility subcontractor portals finance reporting).
Develop and maintain process maps functional specifications scenario documentation and data mapping for supply and service management objects.
Contribute to SIT UAT and regression testing cycles through scenario design test data preparation execution support and defect triage.
Assist in cutover and go live readiness activities including data preparation uploads reconciliations and validation of supply warehouse and service management data.
Provide Level 2/3 BAU functional support post go live including incident analysis root cause identification and coordination of fixes across functional and technical teams.
Monitor operational performance data (stock accuracy material usage subcontractor performance SLAs) to develop insights that support informed decision making.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud clean core design principles.
Support staged rollout of warehouse management solutions across additional sites including fit gap localisation data readiness and hypercare.
Skills and experience
Essential
Strong understanding of supply chain processes including subcontracting procurement of services warehouse operations and service management.
Hands on experience with SAP S/4HANA in Service Management Sourcing & Procurement Warehouse Management / Inventory Management or related modules.
Experience analysing business requirements and translating them into SAP process and data designs.
Demonstrated experience supporting end to end integration scenarios between SAP and external systems.
Practical experience in SAP data management (cleansing mass uploads validation reconciliation).
Strong analytical problem solving and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability with experience facilitating workshops and resolving design issues.
Desirable
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and clean core design principles.
Exposure to SAP Service Management EAM Procurement of Services and Warehouse Management specific configurations.
Experience working within SAP Activate or similar methodologies on large scale ERP programs.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems Engineering Business or similar.
SAP Architecture Integration or Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
SAP Activate accreditation preferred.
