We need you to lead our team in Wadeye to deliver evidence-based parenting programs to families and children with complex high needs. In this full-time fixed term position to end of June 2026 (maternity leave cover) youll work as part of our Intensive Family Support Services team located in Wadeye* to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. Reporting to the out Regional Manager in this leadership role in our NT Programs team youll will be accountable for the operational running of program activities budget oversight and supporting your staff.

* This is a Fly in Fly Out role from Darwin to Wadeye (Wadeye is approximately a one-hour flight from Darwin). The regularity of the Fly in Fly Out is proposed to be 3 weeks in community (flying in and out every week) and 1 week in Darwin.

You will make an impact by:

  • Building and maintaining effective networks with stakeholders to maximise positive outcomes for families and children
  • Prioritising monitoring and evaluation of the program with a strong focus on therapeutic engagement and safety planning to promote safety for children
  • Providing regular leadership to the program team through coaching and professional supervision
  • Working with the Regional Manager to manage budgeting and data collection and meeting internal and external reporting requirements

This role requires:

  • Demonstrated experience managing a team and driving a high performing team culture
  • Demonstrated experience working with families in case management roles in diverse and disadvantaged communities including remote indigenous communities
  • Willingness to travel between Darwin and Wadeye as above
  • Working knowledge of the NT Child Protection and Domestic Violence Systems
  • A diploma level certification (minimum) in a relevant field
  • Current drivers licence and Working with Childrens Card (or eligibility to apply)
  • Proven leadership skills the ability tonurtureacohesiveteam
