Job Summary
The Opportunity
Join Downers Energy & Utilities team and play a key role in delivering essential water infrastructure projects that keep communities connected. Based on Brisbanes Northside. As a Site Supervisor youll lead daytoday onsite delivery coordinating work crews and subcontractors to ensure projects are carried out safely efficiently and to the highest quality.
This is a handson leadership role where youll be the face of Downer onsiteorganising resources driving Zero Harm building positive relationships and keeping work on track. If you enjoy problemsolving working with people and taking pride in delivering great project outcomes this opportunity is for you.
What Were Looking For
Were seeking a confident safetyfocused leader with strong construction experience and a passion for delivering great results. Youll bring:
Experience & Knowledge
- Extensive supervisory experience in construction
- Water sector experience (desirable but not essential)
- Strong skills in planning setup and execution of works
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site resources
- Solid understanding of site safety environmental requirements and quality control
- Ability to review design resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvement
Skills & Attributes
- Clear confident communicator who builds trust with crews and stakeholders
- Strong organisational and timemanagement skills
- Able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing environments
- Attention to detail and commitment to Zero Harm
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Relevant frontline management or equivalent qualification
- All legislated and clientrequired licences and tickets
