The Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Dickson is accepting applications for the full-time position of Academic/Student Support Associate 5 -- Dual Enrollment at the Dickson Campus. This is not a remote work position.

GENERAL DUTIES: The Academic/Student Support Associate 5 Dual Enrollment assists the K-12 Pathways Coordinator with various duties related to dual enrollment students. Duties include but are not limited to: assisting with collecting organizing filing and checking dual enrollment paperwork and data; entering and verifying student data in an internet-based information management system; entering attendance and grades for dual enrollment students; registering and exiting students; attending college and career fairs in the service area; assisting new students complete enrollment paperwork and grant applications; scheduling and conducting tours; assisting with front desk coverage; updating forms and documents and other duties as assigned. This position may also assist with Student Services functions related to graduation new student orientations other special events routine data entry filing other general office duties etc. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This position reports to the K-12 Pathways Coordinator. Some travel may be required. This is not a remote work position.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Strength requirements (physical demands) - Mental and Visual Demand:
SALARY: $34939-$43673 per year ($17.92-$22.40 per hour). Commensurate with Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology salary guidelines education and related experience.
