Job Description
- Be knowledgeable of Global/Area QRM requirements and support QRM and QRM Leaders in overseeing its implementation
- FAAS Services
- Local QRM requirements (for the different countires in the MENA Region)
- Review of various QRM document/ contracts
- Communicate new QRM developments and support implementation of robust Quality processes
- Freequent communication/ discussions with partners on QRM matters
- Liaise with other EY stakeholders - have an ongoing and formal interactions with local PPD Independence Conflicts General Counsel (GCO) and other SL/SSL QRM Leaders etc.; share knowledge and follow standard firm policies
- Stay informed of relevant standards regulatory requirements and cascade information where and when necessary
- Understand issues facing the business find solutions and communicate to QRM and Deputy QRM leaders
- Prepare communications and visibility campaigns to highlight the QRM role as a support to the business
- Monitoring compliance of PACE questionnaires including the Engagement Risk identification and approvals
- Review of various engagement acceptance and conclusion related documents like statement of work proposal transmittal letter and help engagemment teams in finalising those as per guidance under FAAS Services and other related enablers
- Performing various research work related to QRM policies
- Liaise with GCO and PPD Team as needed for updating standard Global/area SoW templates. Fully understand the FAAS scope of services enabler content to be able to address all potential queries around FAAS Services under each offering/SORT codes
- Participate in facilitating QRM trainings and Skype Learning Sessions across the Region
- Monitor compliance of Accreditation and Learning Requirements and report to the QRM and Deputy QRM Leaders. Develop/Co-develop training materials as an when required; in line with Global/ EMEIA guidelines
- Support the QRM and Deputy QRM Leaders in the AQR process (partners review) for the MENA Region
- Raise questions and challenge users to ensure the engagement teams are dealing effectively with engagement risks in accordance with our QRM Independence Conflicts and Legal requirements. Refer the teams to the respective contacts for Independence Conflicts and Legal requirements etc
- Transfer knowledge to FAAS and non-FAAS profesionals in the MENA Region via emails newsletters knowledge platforms etc
- Support as resource on Canvas (guide professionals to local and Regional Canvas champions or advise them if required). Monitor Canvas usage
- Monitor the log of loan staff engagements performed in their respective Region using FAAS SORT codes
- Support on ongoing and developing QRM requirements
