Job Description: Business Transformation Consultant - Senior

Position Overview: As a Senior Business Transformation Consultant you will support transformation efforts within our Technology Sector focusing on the development and execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Roadmapping and Operating Model Design: Assist in the creation of transformation roadmaps and operating models aligned with corporate strategy.
Stakeholder and Governance Orchestration: Help align stakeholders and ensure effective governance throughout transformation projects.
Capability and Maturity Assessment: Support assessments of process and technology maturity identifying areas for improvement.
Value Tree and Benefits Realization: Aid in the development of value trees and tracking of benefits realization against key performance indicators.
Workshop Facilitation and Storytelling: Facilitate workshops and contribute to storytelling efforts that highlight business value.
Regulatory Quality and Compliance Fluency: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout transformation initiatives.
Data Digital and AI Literacy: Engage with data and digital technologies to support transformation efforts.
Product Program and Agile Delivery: Assist in managing agile delivery processes and product-centric portfolios.
Change Management and Adoption: Contribute to change management strategies to promote adoption of new processes.
Partner Ecosystem and Sourcing: Support the design of sourcing models and vendor selection processes.
Pursuit Support: Assist in identifying new business opportunities and supporting proposal efforts.
Account Management: Help maintain client relationships and identify further engagement opportunities.
Engagement Delivery: Support the delivery of transformation engagements ensuring quality and alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications:

Relevant experience in business transformation consulting particularly in the Technology Sector.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in teams.
Excellent communication skills.
