Job Description:

I2C Continuous Improvement and Automations Team Lead

The I2C Continuous Improvement & Automations Team Lead is responsible for driving process excellence automation and operational agility within the Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) organization. This role identifies optimization opportunities leads improvement initiatives designs automation solutions and partners closely with multi-functional teams (Operations GPO Compliance and IA teams) to deliver sustainable and scalable enhancements. The CI&A Team Lead also supports organizational change develops technical documentation and helps build capability within the operations teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Continuous Improvement & Automation Delivery

Lead the identification evaluation and execution of process improvement and automation opportunities within the Invoice to Cash process following alignment to the I2C CI Governance Process and Structure

Use performance metrics (metrics that matter) to identify gaps and drive operational improvements.

Design and develop automation tools and workflows; determine the most effective platform/technology for each solution (e.g. Alteryx Power Automate Excel VBA SQL).

Drive the continuous improvement roadmap for the I2C team by participating in prioritization of initiatives validating and monitoring of CI benefits in partnership with operations team and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Project Management & Reporting

Manage endtoend CI and automation projects from scoping and requirements building to testing deployment and post go-live hypercare support.

Provide progress updates and submit monthly project status reports to the CI Lead and Process Managers

Multi-functional Collaboration

Coordinate with Operations IA GPO Compliance and other relevant workstreams to evaluate impacts ensure alignment with WWP and ICH and facilitate smooth project implementation.

Partner with global and regional teams to scale-up solutions and support the rollout of new systems tools and processes.

Engage with project teams to establish metrics milestones and action plans that drive execution of improvement initiatives.

Operational Enablement & Capability Building

Train operations team members on basic troubleshooting layout edits formula updates and usage of developed tools.

Support and monitor Operational Agility initiatives within the I2C organization.

Create update and maintain technical documentation tool user guides and algorithm descriptions to ensure sustainability and knowledge continuity.

Partner with I2C pillars to support digital capabilities and improve compliance environment within the I2C operations through automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any finance-related course Industrial Engineering Management Engineering or IT-related courses

• At least 3 years relevant experience in leading continuous improvement and/or automation efforts in a finance and accounting process in a BPO or shared services setting

• Exposure in process migration/transition in a shared services setting is an advantage but not required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Leadership skills - ability to influence without authority

• Exhibit a high level of autonomy as demonstrated via independent decision-making prioritizing own workload and project management skills

• Strong team working and relationship building skills is a must.

• Experience in using ERP systems SAP is an advantage.

• Proficiency in the following MS Office applications: Azure Outlook Powerpoint Word and Visio; and Alteryx

• Knowledge on writing SQL queries and stored procedures; as well as SAP Scripting

• Experience in creating Power BI or Tableau based reporting dashboard.

• Advance knowledge in MS Excel and Access. Has experience in developing complex Macro programs with an Agile approach.

• Good verbal & written communication skills and has an experience on project deployments.

• Flexibility in covering different time zones as required by the project.

As part of our Companys growth and expansion plans we are preparing to relocate to a new office in BGC Taguig City tentatively by Q2 2026. Please note that the timeline may still change depending on project developments and other considerations.
