About the Role
We are looking for a high-level Digital Marketing Lead who can take full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution.
This role is designed for someone experienced strategic and technically strong someone who can run the marketing function efficiently and reduce executive involvement in day-to-day marketing operations.
You will serve as the core pillar of the marketing department with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the company grows.
This is a long-term in-house leadership opportunity with significant earning potential tied to measurable performance.
What You Will Own
🹠Marketing Strategy & Department Ownership
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy
Build and systemize marketing operations
Establish marketing KPIs tied directly to revenue
Create scalable workflows reporting structures and SOPs
Gradually assume full operational responsibility for the marketing division
🹠SEO Strategy & Technical Execution
Develop content pillar architecture (service pages location pages blog structure)
Lead keyword research and competitive analysis
Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices
Oversee backlink strategy and guest posting initiatives
Improve search rankings domain authority and organic lead flow
🹠Analytics & Performance Tracking
Implement and manage Google Analytics (GA4)
Set up and optimize Google Ads conversion tracking
Ensure accurate channel attribution
Monitor performance dashboards and make data-driven optimizations
Improve website conversion rates and funnel efficiency
🹠Paid Media & Revenue Growth
Oversee Google Ads campaigns
Optimize campaigns based on ROI and cost per acquisition
Scale paid channels strategically
Align marketing efforts with revenue targets
Who Were Looking For
5 years of experience in digital marketing
Strong hands-on SEO expertise (technical strategic)
Proven experience implementing proper analytics and conversion tracking
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and performance marketing
Solid understanding of website structure and technical SEO principles
Experience building or structuring marketing systems
Revenue-focused and results-driven
Comfortable being accountable for growth performance
Committed to working fully in-house
