Job Summary
A well-established secondary school in Bradford is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher to join its Science Department. This is a full-time permanent role suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are passionate about inspiring students and delivering high-quality science education.

The Role
The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons foster curiosity and support students to achieve their full potential. Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering high-quality Science lessons aligned with the national curriculum and examination requirements.
Teaching across multiple key stages including preparation for GCSE and A-Level examinations.
Monitoring assessing and reporting on student progress and achievement.
Supporting practical lessons experiments and scientific investigations safely and effectively.
Contributing to curriculum development and departmental planning.
Supporting enrichment opportunities such as STEM clubs science fairs and competitions.
Candidate Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with strong subject knowledge in Science.
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
Knowledge of practical Science safety and health procedures.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.
