Supply Chain Operational Excellence Specialist:
This role drives operational excellence across the endtoend supply chain by combining data analytics and continuous improvement to improve cost service and productivity across imports customs warehousing and distribution.
Your role:
You will design and lead datadriven continuous improvement initiatives across the endtoend supply chain focusing on cost reduction service level improvement and operational efficiency.
You will work closely with supply chain operations finance logistics providers and a USbased performance governance team to monitor and improve key performance indicators.
You will translate complex data into actionable insights using dashboards and reports to support operational and financial decisionmaking.
You will manage and improve supplier performance by monitoring service level agreements leading performance reviews and supporting databased negotiations.
This role offers strong development in operational excellence analytics and stakeholder management with exposure to global teams and regular interaction with USbased stakeholders.
Youre the right fit if:
Youve acquired 2 years of experience in supply chain operations or data analysis.
Your skills include data analysis cost and performance tracking Business Intelligence tools (especially Power BI) SAP knowledge and supplier performance management (Lean knowledge is required).
You have a High School Diploma Vocational Education or a Bachelors degree in Data Science Business Analytics Supply Chain Information Systems Operations Research or a related field.
Youre a data and processoriented professional with strong analytical thinking advanced English skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly to internal teams and external partners.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week in our office in Huixquilucan. This role also is expected to work outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or agencies locations.
