You will also participate in client meetings prepare and present financial plans and investment recommendations manage follow-up items and deliverables and ensure a consistently high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing strategic advice and comprehensive financial planning across various products and services (e.g. debt management investments retirement planning insurance).
- Developing personalized financial plans tailored to each clients unique needs circumstances and risk tolerance.
- Cultivating and strengthening client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing support.
- Conduct reviews to track changes in clients financial situations analyze plan performance and recommend strategy adjustments.
- Monitoring market performance and client portfolios making necessary adjustments to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
- Adhere to regulatory standards and the firms compliance policies maintaining high ethical standards and client confidentiality.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelors degree required preferably in finance financial planning or a related field.
- CFP designation highly preferred.
- 3-5 years experience managing client relationships in financial planning or investment management.
- Proficiency in industry-specific software (CRM financial planning and investment analysis tools) required; familiarity with Schwab Fidelity Salesforce eMoney and Orion is a plus.
- A genuine interest in serving and caring for clients.
- Excellent verbal written presentation listening and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and anticipate potential problems.
- Must be organized detail-oriented and able to manage and prioritize tasks.
The Financial Advisor is a full-time W-2 position. We offer competitive base compensation plus bonus potential depending on experience. Additional benefits include medical dental and vision insurance 401(k) with safe harbor paid time off paid holidays career growth and more.
