Our choice for CFO will understand advanced and current accounting practices andtrends regulatory compliance and reporting tax regulations and planning and ALMmodeling. Be responsible for the development of annual operating capital andprogram budgets as well as reporting for the same.
As a member ofsenior management the CFO will be comfortable in a leadership role thatrequires clear and effective communication skills with management the Board ofDirectors staff shareholders regulatory agencies auditors vendors will ensure cash flow is compatible with operations. Our CFO will oversee andparticipate in accounting recording reporting investment activities andinternal-control activities of the organization.
