Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) 40 Hours per Week Up to 28200

Youll lead a room where observation shapes planning and practitioners are trusted to use their judgement. Were looking for an experienced Level 3 early years professional who is ready to take responsibility for standards people and outcomes.
Before You Apply

- You must have recent experience leading or deputising within a nursery room.

What Youll Need

What Youll Do
- Lead the day-to-day running of your nursery room ensuring ratio and compliance requirements are met
- Oversee planning and assessment maintaining accurate learning records
- Act as Key Person for a group of children while supporting team members with theirs
- Monitor safeguarding health and safety and EYFS standards within the room
- Provide guidance feedback and informal supervision to practitioners
- Build professional relationships with parents addressing queries and sharing progress updates
