This role is primarily remote working with occasional visits to our London office.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA /ACA) with at least 2 years PQE.
Experience of dealing with a variety of stakeholders and working in a matrix organisation.
UK resident with the expectation of achieving national security clearance to SC level to obtain you must be a UK resident of 5 years minimum.
Experience of a broad range of accounting and finance functions in a large corporate environment including use of shared services finance teams and group reporting requirements.
Knowledge of the benefits of incorporating automation and AI into finance processes and the ability to identify and implement such opportunities.
Excellent communication and social skills to develop effective internal and external relationships with Airwave colleagues Motorola contacts and external stakeholders.
The ability to work independently self-motivate organise yourself and prioritise your workload Understanding of SOX environments and the ability to demonstrate the importance of controls processes and best practice.
Good systems skills including Microsoft and Google software products.
Ambition to learn and develop in a supportive yet challenging environment showing potential to take on increased responsibilities within Airwave and develop into wider roles within Motorola.
