About the Team:

The Student Systems team is responsible for the configuration and management of curriculum and fee data in the student management system. By ensuring data integrity and system reliability we enable seamless administrative processes and provide essential support for our students and staff across the entire student lifecycle.

About the Role:

VU is seeking a Curriculum Configuration Officer who will play a key role in shaping an exceptional student experience! This role will provide vital support in configuring and formatting curriculum data within our Student Management System (StudentOne) ensuring the integrity of student data across the entire lifecycle.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on efficient student administration processes while ensuring compliance with university and external standards!

Position Key Duties

  • Configure and maintain curriculum and class schedule data in the student management system ensuring compliance with delivery requirements and external regulations.
  • Build and maintain course structures templates and system rule data in the student management system while suggesting process improvements for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders contribute to documentation and support system enhancements testing and process improvement initiatives

Salary: HEP6 $91796 - $99361 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Employment Type: Full-time continuing
Hours: 36.75 (1.0 FTE) hours per week
Location:Footscray Park Campus

  • Strong technical or administrative expertise with a degree or extensive experience in complex environments.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges head-on.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and communication skills to drive results and engage stakeholders.
