Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a portfolio of 120 small to mid-sized groups focusing on fully insured and level-funded accounts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in employee benefits exceptional organizational skills and a collaborative spirit to a close-knit and supportive team.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $110000 - $115000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business consisting of 120 small to mid-sized groups.
- Handle renewals open enrollments (virtual) marketing and benefit design.
- Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
- Utilize software tools such as Excel Outlook and Ease to manage accounts effectively.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education & Licensing: Active Life and Health License is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel Outlook and Ease software.
