Job Summary
St Thomas Aquinas Regional School isseeking joyful Catholic teachers and staff who feel called by God and are qualified to serve in the following role as a teacher:Pk thru Grade 8 Music Teacher for the 2026-27 school year.
Applicants should be skilled in evangelization differentiation and inspiring students to reach high expectationsteachingwith clarity and creativity through hands-on lessons. Preferred applicants are certified inOrff-Schulwerk method ofteachingor willing to explore certification in this method. Applicants must also hold a VA or VCEAteachinglicense or be working towards licensure.
St. Thomas Aquinas Regional School was founded in 1977 and is administered and staffed by the religious community of the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia and a lay faculty. It serves over 430 students from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade and three Arlington Diocese parishes: Our Lady of Angels St. Elizabeth Ann Seton and Sacred Heart. It has a diverse student body with over 20 percent of the students speaking one of 17 secondary languages.
