SALARY: $157440 - $186960 bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Sr. Dir. NUTRL the Commercial Director will be responsible for the commercial readiness plan that integrates NUTRLs marketing plan with the sales team to ensure our strategy is implemented seamlessly across channels and regions to deliver transformation growth. The responsibility spans from commercial strategy conception to leading a multitude of partners through to a robust and measurable execution in-store e-commerce and with wholesalers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves as marketing brand lead for commercial integration with: Sales trade marketing retail wholesaler e-commerce teams
- Develops bottom funnel marketing strategy and commercial readiness plan (inclusive of contextualized performance marketing e-commerce trade marketing local brand programming market expansion plan and trade/sales) that ladders back to brand strategy
- Key brand lead on trade marketing toolkit development and internal sales cycle
- When relevant to platform needs leads commercial IMCs including cross-functional and agency partner participation
- Identifies and cultivate partners that deliver critical sales drivers
- Comprehensive interaction with internal CFX partner: retail sales wholesaler regional field sales category shopper trade marketing sports marketing XM
- Comprehensive interaction with the following agency partners: Trade marketing shopper marketing sports marketing e-commerce
- Campaign performance reporting analysis and optimization
- Active ambassador or team engagement initiatives on immediate brand team and larger BB organization
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree preferred in Marketing Business or a related analytical field.
- 4 years of business experience in marketing sales or general management
- At least 2 years of experience working in trade marketing regional field sales or retail sales
- Highly proficient communicator who can distill sophisticated material into practical insights and takeaways to drive decisions both verbally and through PPT
- Excited to work in a constantly evolving and ambiguous environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally within a large organization
- Results-oriented with proven track record of implementing time saving routines and delivering sustainable change
- Thorough with strong note taking and presentation building skills
