Job Summary
WOLFF Onsite UK (Nationwide Travel Required)
WOLFF Onsite is a fast-growing business delivering innovative power and energy solutions across the UK. Were looking for a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our expanding team working with cutting-edge technologies including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) hybrid generators and battery power units.
This role is ideal for a practical hands-on electrician who takes pride in high-quality workmanship values safety and enjoys being part of a close-knit supportive team.
Tasks
The Role
Youll be involved in a mix of workshop and on-site work including:
- Installation commissioning maintenance and fault-finding on:
- Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Hybrid generator and battery units
- Carrying out electrical and minor mechanical work in the yard and on customer sites
- Supporting testing inspection and commissioning activities
- Diagnosing faults and delivering safe efficient repairs
- Completing job reports and documentation
- Working in line with RAMS site rules and company procedures
- Representing WOLFF Onsite professionally on sites across the UK
- Supporting the wider team when required
Requirements
Essential:
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering
- Proven hands-on electrical experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel nationwide and work flexibly
Desirable (not essential):
- Experience with generators power generation or BESS systems
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (training provided if needed)
- Knowledge of hybrid power systems or battery storage
- CSCS card (or willingness to obtain)
- Mechanical experience or understanding
