Job Title

Salesforce Business Systems & Implementations Analyst

Role Description

  • ProvideSalesforceconsultancy to the RPS EMEA alliances and operational departments.

  • Support the management ofthe daily amendment and issue requests within the SLAs agreed within the engagement model.

  • Ensure projects areinitiatedcorrectlywell scoped estimates & project plans are produced.

  • Play a key role during the analysisimplementationand release phases to ensure thefunctional designsmeet business requirements and deliver the defined benefits.

  • Collaborate and influence users and management in the definition analysis design and acceptance of new processes and systems.

  • Suggest innovative ways of deliveringefficienciestothe EMEA Salesforce instanceandsupportingprocesses.

  • Configure changesto support the request.

  • Test the changesin a Sandbox & Admin Sandboxto ensure it meets thebusinessneed.

  • Implement thechanges into Production& manage the process tobusiness as usualsupport.

  • Provide subject matterexpertiseto the Business Solutions& Innovationteam.

  • Support the development of the testing regime. Ensure it is both flexible and secure.

  • Produce reports as & whenby the team EMEA Alliances & operationaldepartments.

  • Provide practical support to users along withtrainthe trainer.

Hours of Working

  • 35 Hours per week standard contractbetween the hours of 8am & 5pm GMT Monday to Friday.

  • Understanding of theacquiringbusiness.

  • Detailedunderstanding oftheSalesforceproduct.

  • Willingness to go the extra mile.

Personal / People Skills/ Experience

  • Practical experience ofconfiguringtheSalesforceproduct in a Sales & Operational environment for atleastthreeyears.

  • Salesforce 201 301 examination successes.

  • Customer first mentality.

  • Strong people skills.

  • Ability to develop relationships withProductTechnical and Lines of Business.

  • Experience and ability in using soft skills to defuse potentially damagingalliancepartner &departmentalsituations.

  • Professional approach to dealing withalliancepartners and both internal and external customers.

  • Ability tosupportmeetings reviews and workshops involving internal and external participants.

  • Awareness of commercial sensitivityand data securityis paramount.

  • DevelopedSalesforceproduct implementation skills.

  • Able to adapt to change and handle multipleacquirer partners & merchants.

  • High degree of skill with change management.

  • Good teamwork skills.

  • A high levelof communication skills both written and verbal.

  • A high levelof interpersonal skills to liaise with staff at all levels.

  • A high levelof service &timelyresponses to all internal & external customers.

  • Goodanalytical skills.

  • Proactive thinking.

  • A high levelof planning and organisation skills.

  • High standard in the use of Microsoft Office products MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.

Experience of the following will also be viewed positively however notessential;

  • A working knowledge ofFiservs Merchant processes Merchant Star InternationalOmniPay&eMAXSplatforms.

  • Good acquiring knowledge.

  • Financial Services or Banking Industry background.
