POLYWOOD is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support both our Chief Operating Officer and our Chief Information Officer. How Youll Spend Your Time

25% Travel and Executive Support

• Coordinate domestic travel and logistics with precision and foresight
• Act as an on-the-ground extension of leadership when traveling
• Anticipate needs before meetings events and site visits

25% High-Stakes Scheduling

• Own complex constantly shifting calendars for two executives
• Prioritize ruthlessly protect focus time and manage tradeoffs
• Prepare leaders with the right information at the right moment

50% Special Project Director

• Lead cross-functional projects from idea to execution
• Drive timelines accountability and outcomes
• Translate executive vision into action across teams
• Handle confidential initiatives with discretion and sound judgment

• Proven experience supporting senior executives in fast-moving environments
• Exceptional organizational instincts and follow through
• The ability to manage ambiguity without stress
• Executive-level communication skills written and verbal
• High emotional intelligence and absolute discretion
• A bias for action and an eye for what matters most
