Overview:

TheTerritory Sales Executive II - Exploration & Productionis responsible for direct sales territory management and strategic account development within the oil & gas exploration and production (E&P) market. This role drives revenue growth by managing existing customer relationships and expanding new business opportunities across environmental and oilfield waste service lines.

Our services include oilfield waste transportation treatment recovery and disposal (TRD) facilities engineered landfills salt water disposal (SWD) injection wells and total waste stream management solutions designed to support regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Territory & Account Management

  • Build maintain and expand long-term relationships with key decision-makers within assigned E&P accounts

  • Execute account growth strategies customer retention plans and risk assessments for top-tier clients

  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize customer penetration and profitable revenue growth

  • Develop structured customer success plans outlining expansion opportunities and competitive positioning

Business Development & Pipeline Management

  • Generate new business through prospecting cold outreach networking and strategic territory planning

  • Maintain a strong sales funnel and manage pipeline activity using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)

  • Track lead generation opportunity development forecasting and revenue performance metrics

  • Anticipate market shifts by monitoring competitive intelligence and industry trends in environmental services and oilfield waste

Environmental & Technical Solution Selling

  • Assess customer operations and regulatory requirements to design customized environmental compliance solutions

  • Apply technical knowledge of oilfield waste management drilling fluids disposal regulations and environmental services

  • Collaborate with internal operations logistics and compliance teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs

  • Present service offerings including TRD facilities engineered landfills SWD injection wells and integrated waste stream management programs

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and submit Environmental Service Agreements pricing proposals onboarding documentation and required reports

  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation of all sales activities meetings and follow-ups

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • 24 years of experience in sales account management territory sales or customer-facing roles

  • Demonstrated ability in relationship management consultative selling and revenue growth strategy

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) for pipeline tracking and reporting

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including formal presentations and proposal development

  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel within assigned territory

Preferred Experience

  • 24 years of experience in oilfield waste management environmental services drilling fluids or E&P operations

  • Understanding of environmental regulations compliance standards and industrial waste disposal processes

  • Experience selling into upstream oil & gas operators or related energy sector clients
