Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Technical US IT Recruiter with 1 3 years of experience in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing screening and placing IT professionals across the United States. This role requires strong sourcing skills understanding of US work authorizations and the ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities -
Source IT professionals through job portals such as Dice Monster Indeed LinkedIn and other networking platforms

Perform resume screening based on client requirements

Conduct initial HR and technical screening calls
-
Validate candidate experience visa status and availability
-
Coordinate interviews with clients and provide timely feedback
-
Negotiate pay rates and finalize offers
-
Maintain and update candidate information in ATS
-
Build strong relationships with consultants and vendors
-
Work closely with Account Managers and Sales teams
-
Meet weekly and monthly placement targets
Required Skills & Qualifications -
Bachelors degree in HR Business IT or related field

1 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment/staffing
-
Strong understanding of IT skill sets ( Python DevOps Cloud Data Engineering QA SAP etc.)

Good knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B GC USC OPT CPT)

Understanding of tax terms (W2 C2C 1099)
-
Experience working with implementation partners and direct clients
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience using ATS and Boolean search techniques
-
Ability to work onsite in US shifts
