Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Technical US IT Recruiter with 1 3 years of experience in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing screening and placing IT professionals across the United States. This role requires strong sourcing skills understanding of US work authorizations and the ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Source IT professionals through job portals such as Dice Monster Indeed LinkedIn and other networking platforms

Perform resume screening based on client requirements

Conduct initial HR and technical screening calls

Validate candidate experience visa status and availability

Coordinate interviews with clients and provide timely feedback

Negotiate pay rates and finalize offers
-
Maintain and update candidate information in ATS
-
Build strong relationships with consultants and vendors
-
Work closely with Account Managers and Sales teams
-
Meet weekly and monthly placement targets

Bachelors degree in HR Business IT or related field

1 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment/staffing

Strong understanding of IT skill sets ( Python DevOps Cloud Data Engineering QA SAP etc.)

Good knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B GC USC OPT CPT)

Understanding of tax terms (W2 C2C 1099)

Experience working with implementation partners and direct clients

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience using ATS and Boolean search techniques

Ability to work onsite in US shifts
