Worley Canada Construction is seeking aRecruitment Advisor to join our People team based in ourEdmonton Albertaoffice.

Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to lead the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.

Develop position descriptions advertisements and liaise with hiring managers with respect to terms and conditions of employment offer letters and other recruitment related documentation.

Post positions and source candidates for applicable roles through Worleys recruitment platforms/software.

Ensure compliance with employment legislation and ensure accuracy of candidate data in Worleys systems.

Develop innovative diverse sourcing strategies (social media networking talent databases etc) and promote the Worley brand.

Review applicants conduct phone screens and interviews with selected candidates.

Develop knowledge of customer group to effectively target recruitment efforts and relationships with assigned client groups and hiring managers to understand and respond to business needs.

Work closely with hiring managers to ensure that any candidate issues or concerns are addressed in accordance with all applicable policies and legislation e.g. in a timely manner.

Participate in career fairs and other recruitment related events.

Compile recruitment related tracking and metrics/reports to stakeholders.

Maintain master list of outstanding positions status of positions filled candidate status etc.

Contribute to the development of a cohesive recruitment team by assisting all other personnel in recruitment as required to achieve successful outcomes for the client assignment.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a full cycle recruitment role.
  • Proven experience handling high-volume recruitment in a fast paced deadline driven environment is required.
  • Certificate diploma or degree in Business or Human Resources is an asset.
  • Human Resources experience working within an industrial construction environment is preferred.
  • Proven competency in MS Office suite of tools.
  • Experience using applicant tracking and HR systems including candidate sourcing tools such as LinkedIn recruiter.
  • Strong interpersonal skills establish direct working relationships and rapport with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong communication skills including verbal and written.
  • Good customer service skills including developing and improving customer relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong attention to detail accuracy and a focus on producing a quality product in a timely manner.
