Job Description
- Serve as primary contact for IT support requests (in-person phone ticketing); diagnose and resolve hardware software and connectivity issues.
- Maintain onsite Scale Hypervisor with onsite and offsite backup
- Install & maintain Adtran fiber/copper Ethernet VLAN environment
- Assist remote users with laptop VPN connectivity mobile-device & remote troubleshooting during and after regular business hours.
- Maintain Sonicwall firewall & access-points with a mesh of security systems.
- Maintain proficiency with Windows Server IIS SQL Exchange and vendor-specific software.
- Maintain VOIP telecommunications systems and Milestone IP Video surveillance network.
- Plan implement and manage a network structure that supports company processes workflows and information gathering.
- Maintain and update all computer software and hardware.
- Maintain communication and internet infrastructure and ensure security of systems.
- Prepare implement and manage a backup and recovery plan of information systems.
- Assist in information gathering for operational and financial analyses and reporting.
- Provide guidance on strategic IT planning and new technology that would enhance information gathering and company efficiency.
- Manage the implementation and support of any special or ongoing IT projects.
- Handle administration and learn functionality of company software products.
- Stay abreast of technology as it relates to company and industry advancements.
- Execute the responsibilities of this position in a lawful and ethical manner.
