Job Details

Senior Scrum Master leads Agile development teams in delivering technology solutions aligned with the Banks product vision and strategic goals. As a champion of Agile principles this role drives best practices fosters innovation and enhances team performance through coaching collaboration and continuous improvement.

Note: Banking domain experience is Mandatory.

What Youll Do:

Educate teams and stakeholders on Agile principles using training and practical tools.

Mentor Scrum Masters and team members to strengthen Agile practices.

Develop strategies for enterprise-wide adoption of Agile methodologies and cultural transformation.

Implement Agile processes to improve collaboration transparency and predictability.

Promote a culture of innovation experimentation and learning.

Serve as the primary contact for Scrum team-related projects and applications.

Coordinate across teams in a scaled Agile environment to meet project goals.

Lead by example driving Agile maturity and organizational change.

Align Agile practices with business processes products and technologies.

Partner with senior leadership to evolve and sustain Agile methodologies

What Youll Need:

Bachelors degree in computer science IT Finance or Accounting (masters preferred)

8 years of relevant experience including 3 years as Scrum Master or 5 years as Project Manager

Certified Scrum Master and Advanced Scrum Master required; Professional Scrum Master preferred

Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and experience in coaching teams

Proven success managing complex multi-team projects

Strong interpersonal facilitation and leadership skills

Technical exposure or programming experience is a plus.
