Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics drivability assessments and complex repairs following OEM standards
- Handle major engines transmission electrical. and hybrid/EV repairs (if certified)
- Solve difficult or unusual diagnostic cases assigned by shop foreman/service director
- Complete warranty customer-pay and recall work with precision and efficiency
- Utilize factory scan tools software updates and OEM troubleshooting requirements
- Document all repairs clearly following dealership and manufacturer requirements
- Mentor entry-level and mid-level technicians
- Maintain an organized safe and professional work area
Qualifications
- ASE Master Level Certifications are a plus
- Dealership or high-level shop experience
- Expertise in advanced electrical hybrid and emerging vehicle technologies
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
- Valid drivers license with a clean record
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and commitment to continuous learning
