Job Title: Sr. Scrum Master
Job Location: New York City NY (Need Onsite day 1 hybrid 3 days from office).

Strong Payments domain experience required

Day 1 onsite with 3 days a week onsite from office. Remote work is not available.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMI-ACP or equivalent agile certification.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master / Project Manager with Payments domain expertise and will be responsible for managing and guiding agile teams ensuring the successful delivery of payments-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
Manage end-to-end project delivery within scope time budget and quality constraints.
Coordinate with product owners stakeholders and development teams to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
Remove impediments to team progress and ensure smooth communication across teams.
Monitor project progress prepare reports and communicate status to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with payments industry regulations security standards and best practices.
Apply payments domain knowledge to understand technical requirements risks and opportunities.
Drive process improvements and foster an agile mindset within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven 10 experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in the payments domain.
Strong knowledge of payment systems cryptocurrencies banking APIs and related technologies.
Excellent facilitation communication and leadership skills.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMI-ACP or equivalent agile certification.
Experience with agile tools such as Jira Confluence or similar.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of regulatory standards such as PCI DSS PSD2 GDPR etc.
Technical background in software development or payments infrastructure.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure) used in payments solutions.
