Job Summary

Job Title: R&D Pilot Plant litter Lab Technician

Location: 4900 Johnson Dr Pleasanton CA 94588

Duration: 5 months

Rate: $25/hr.

Description:

Job Description:
1. Manufactures pilot-scale batches according to batch instructions and operating procedures (SOPs)
2. Maintains detailed documentation for each batch produced.
3. Weighing ingredients accurately for Pilot Plant sample.
4. Assist in setting up change over and test run equipment for various-sized vials and packages as required
5. Works all areas of production operation: weighing blending filling packaging cleaning*
6. Accurately weighs product*
7. Blends product according to batch record and SOP*
8. Cleans equipment and rooms to specifications
9. Working in lab to assist or self-work on lab equipment.

Requirements:

1. Adapts quickly to changes in work priorities
2. Good communications skills (verbal and written)
3. Must be well organized and detail oriented with strong desire to explore innovation expand knowledge base.
4. Must be proactive reliable and self-motivated
5. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
6. Team building skills and experience
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work across functions
8. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
9. Comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) requirements
10. Constant walking and standing on hard concrete service
11. Frequent bending stooping squatting pushing and lifting.
12. Other conditions include dust and fumes.
