Job Summary

Job Title: Lab Technician
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Buffalo Grove IL 60089
Shift: 1st shift (7:30 AM 4:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

Execute test methods on robotic-assisted surgery system
Support integration verification and reliability testing
Record observations and collect test data
Document system performance and issues
Perform equipment setup teardown and cleaning
Conduct simulated procedures and emergency workflows
Maintain lab inventory and equipment
Transport and position equipment for testing
Perform repetitive ergonomic and interface testing
Support Production R&D Quality and Compliance teams

Must Have

2 years relevant technician experience
Technical or vocational education/certification preferred

Nice to Have

3 years in medical or regulated industry
Basic electronics and circuit board knowledge
Hardware and software troubleshooting skills
Ability to document equipment configurations
Experience running test procedures
Ability to learn new technology quickly
Experience with equipment assembly and maintenance
