Développer et exécuter des plans de communication interne
Soutenir les fonctions daffaires avec leurs besoins en communication et marketing
Mettre en valeur les réussites canadiennes
Rédiger du contenu pour nos infolettres intranet et annonces internes
Maintenir lintranet et les outils de collaboration
Coordonner des campagnes internes (culture DEI durabilité etc.)
Soutenir lorganisation dévénements internes et dassemblées générales
Votre profil
Baccalauréat en communications journalisme ou domaine connexe
510 ans dexpérience en communications corporatives
Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles
Bilinguisme français/anglais
Excellente collaboration et gestion de projets
Compétences en design graphique (atout)

As a Corporate Communications Specialist youll work closely with Canadian North American and global communications partners as well as Sales & Marketing colleagues to craft compelling stories that resonate across audiences and formats. Youll translate complex ideas into accessible engaging communications and contribute to building an inclusive connected culture where everyone feels informed and valued.

How youll make an impact
Support business functions with communication and marketing needs.
Develop and deliver internal communication plans aligned with country and corporate priorities.
Coordinate content with Global and Regional communications teams.
Increase visibility of Canadian success stories across internal channels.
Draft and edit employee-focused content for newsletters intranet and announcements.
Maintain and update intranet pages email lists and collaboration platforms.
Coordinate internal campaigns related to culture DEI sustainability and key initiatives.
Support planning and logistics for internal events and town halls.
Your background
Bachelors degree in Communications Journalism Public Relations or related field.
510 years of experience in corporate communications.
Strong writing editing and proofreading skills.
Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
Proven collaboration skills across diverse teams and geographies.
Initiative project management strength and a strategic detail-oriented mindset.
Graphic design skills are an asset.
