Pay Rate/Range: $20-26/hr
Description: As an Inside Sales Administrator you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers delivering high-level customer service while coordinating sales orders from entry through production and final shipment. This role supports the sale production and shipment of fabricated parts and Trackmaster medical-grade treadmills. Responsibilities include order processing customer communication quote generation scheduling coordination and shipping logistics for both domestic and international orders. Accuracy organization and timely communication are key to success in this role.
Job Requirements: Must have strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Extensive keyboarding and computer use are required along with accurate data entry and record maintenance. Candidates should be comfortable coordinating with internal teams handling customer inquiries and assisting with contract pricing administration. Regular attendance and the ability to sit or stand for extended periods are essential.
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
